I don't receive notifications, what can I do?

Push notifications are only available to iOS devices running iOS 16.4 or greater.

If you are not receiving push notifications, you may have chosen not to receive notifications when you installed the application. The first time the application registers for push notifications, it should ask if you want to receive notifications. Once you select an option, the option does not appear again unless you restore the device or uninstall and re-install the application.

How to check if push notifications are enabled on your device ?

To check if push notifications are enabled for the application installed on your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Open "Settings" .
  2. Select "Notifications" .
  3. Scroll down and select the application.
  4. If the "Allow Notifications" box is checked, uncheck and then re-check it. If the box is not checked, check it. Verify that notifications are configured the way you want.
  5. Fully close the application.
  6. Open the application again.

Another workflow to check if push notifications are enabled for the application installed on your Android device can be used:

  1. Press and hold the application icon on your home screen.
  2. Open "Website settings" .
  3. If the "Notifications" box is checked, uncheck and then re-check it. If the box is not checked, check it.
  4. Fully close the application.
  5. Open the application again.

The push notification services operated by Google, Apple or Mozilla make the best effort to deliver notifications to users. However, a notification may be delivered more than once or not at all, although these cases are rare.

I don't want to receive notifications anymore, what can I do?

Web Push Notifications can be easily enabled or disabled by yourself. As opposed to emailing, you do not need to submit a request to be unsubscribed. You can manage yours subscriptions and unsubscriptions directly from the browser or the system settings screen if the application has been installed.
