I can't log into my account, what can I do?

Forgotten account password

Select "Forget your password ?" on the login page to reset your password.

You will be prompted for your email address and a verification code will be sent to this address. Enter your new password with the verification code on the next page and you will be done, you should be automatically logged in.

Non-receipt of verification code

Please check first if the email is not in your spam folder. Otherwise, you can select "Resend reset password code" on the reset password page to receive a new code.

Verification code not working

Verification codes are only valid for a short period of time, you can select "Resend reset password code" on the reset password page to receive a new code if it has expired.
