Problem report
When you report problems (i.e. bugs) as they occur, you help us improve our products. We therefore thank you for taking the time to provide this information. No two problems are alike, as a consequence, the time required to resolve them varies greatly. Once the problem is reported, we will examine it and take appropriate actions to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How to report a problem
To report a problem from the application:
- Log in with your user account
- Open the left side panel (i.e. Main menu)
- Select "About" from the menu
- Click on the "Report a bug" button
- Detail your problem in the body of the message created by your email client while retaining the pre-filled information linked to your system
- Send the message
